Job Description:
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to provide
first-tier technical support for users in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT Help Desk inquiries,
providing timely Tier 1 support
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, following established
ITIL priority guidelines
Create detailed tickets for customer interactions and collaborate
with IT staff to manage unresolved issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of one year of related experience in supporting personal
computer hardware and software
Working knowledge of help desk software and remote control
tools
Professional IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar are
preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related
field is preferred
