Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to
provide strategic HR business partnership and implement HR
practices that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business strategies into actionable HR plans and set
priorities to support growth
Coach and partner with leadership on organizational and leadership
development initiatives
Lead the development and execution of HR projects and budgets to
support key business initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
SPHR certification required
Minimum 15 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a
medical device or multi-site organization
Minimum 8 years of HR Generalist leadership experience
Extensive experience in Talent Management and Organizational
Design
