Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Services Support Team Lead to
manage operational processes and support structures for the
Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a team of Account Coordinators to ensure high
levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Design and implement efficient processes for client services
activities and optimize workflows
Conduct regular assessments of internal operations and provide
guidance to team members on troubleshooting and operational
challenges
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in client success, operations, or a related
field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations
Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and client success tools
Proven ability to analyze operational data and identify
opportunities for improvement
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage
multiple priorities
