Job Description:
A company is looking for an E-Commerce Brand Experience
Specialist to support Brand Experience initiatives within the Brand
Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring engaging content
and timely customer responses
Coordinate web updates and manage promotions to enhance the
e-commerce experience
Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in email marketing, integrated marketing,
or digital marketing
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and customer
journey design
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with experience
working across various teams
Strong copywriting and design skills
