Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager, SMB.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account strategies to deliver long-term value
for SMB merchants
Build and maintain strategic relationships with SMB merchants,
acting as a trusted advisor
Drive revenue retention and identify growth opportunities through
upselling and cross-selling
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably
in payments or financial services
Strong understanding of e-commerce and payment solutions
Proven success in managing multiple accounts and achieving sales
quotas
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance
customer experiences
Proficient in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and forecast
revenue
