Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Medical Officer to lead
clinical strategy and ensure high-quality care delivery in virtual
chronic condition management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to improve
patient outcomes
Oversee clinical research planning and ensure integration of
behavioral science and technology in care models
Build and mentor a multidisciplinary clinical team focused on
transforming healthcare delivery
Required Qualifications
MD degree required; advanced degrees (MPH, MBA, MHA) desirable
Board certification in a relevant specialty is required
At least 5 years in a strategic leadership role in a high-growth
organization
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in healthcare delivery or
clinical operations
Proven ability to lead high-performing clinical teams and drive
innovative care delivery
