A company is looking for a Product Manager - Growth, Referrals,
and Promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead all aspects of referral and promotion experiences
Create seamless workflows to encourage customer participation in
campaigns
Develop strategies for increasing referral program participation
and retention
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with digital direct-to-consumer products
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and
research teams
Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
