Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and
procedures
Lead and mentor high-performing teams while promoting a culture of
collaboration
Oversee operational budgets and establish Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or
related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the mortgage
or financial services industry
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and managing
cross-functional teams
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
