Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Business Operations and
Technology to lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional
projects focused on operational efficiency and technology
integration.
Key Responsibilities
Champion the design and implementation of the data warehouse and
drive the transition to scalable data pipelines
Oversee Salesforce and systems integration, enhancing workflows and
contract management capabilities
Drive operational excellence through budget compliance, automation
initiatives, and strategic tool adoption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Data Science, or a related field
7+ years of experience in business operations, technology
implementation, or project management roles
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and BI tools
Strong understanding of data pipeline architecture and data
warehouse design
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
involving multiple stakeholders
