Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive
CRM strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns across various channels
to enhance lead qualification, customer retention, and lifetime
value
Design and manage customer lifecycle journeys to provide
personalized experiences
Develop and optimize a customer referral program to boost
acquisition through word-of-mouth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a
related field
3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related
roles
Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel
campaigns
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g.,
Klaviyo, Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex
data
