Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Program Manager who will lead
interdisciplinary programs at an enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary programs across the health
system
Translate enterprise needs into system requirements and design
specifications
Mentor team members and support onboarding, project quality
monitoring, and professional development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
6 years of direct project management and leadership experience for
major IT projects
Experience with various project lifecycle methodologies (waterfall,
agile, etc.)
Proficiency in PM scheduling tools
Strong team development and coaching skills
