Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Coordinator for
National Strategic Accounts (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to Strategic Customers in the rental of
construction and industrial equipment
Act as the centralized point of contact for customer needs and
requests
Ensure reliability, availability, and ease of service for
customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Previous experience in a call center customer service role
Equipment rental or construction industry experience preferred
Wynne software experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Physical ability to lift 25 pounds or more and perform various
physical tasks
