Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to source and assess top talent across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to define and lead full-cycle recruitment strategies
Develop a deep understanding of each department to enhance recruitment support
Execute robust sourcing processes to build talent pipelines for current and future roles

Required Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle technical and non-technical recruiting experience
Experience managing a full requisition load of 8-12 roles simultaneously
Understanding of recruitment metrics and the talent landscape
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
Strong stakeholder management skills with a partnership mentality
