Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their
Learning & Culture Team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, develop, and validate
training content
Conduct needs analysis and design interactive learning solutions
using various modalities
Manage the LMS, including user management, reporting, and course
structure
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in a corporate instructional design
role
3-5 years of experience managing an LMS
Proficiency in development software (e.g., Articulate,
Captivate)
Portfolio of work samples available for interviews
