Job Description:
A company is looking for an Incident RCA Leader to drive process
changes and responses for effective long-term resolution of
incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with incident coordinators to resolve and communicate
statuses of live priority incidents
Coordinate communication between executives, internal teams, and
external stakeholders during incident responses
Lead teams through root cause analyses to identify improvements and
implement preventive measures
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology,
Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in incident response management
3+ years of experience leading RCA workshops or continuous
improvement methodologies
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects
Experience in the payments industry or financial services sector is
a plus
