Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Advisor to manage employee
benefits and leave administration.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee leave of absence and ensure compliance with
legal requirements
Act as the primary contact for employees regarding benefit programs
and resolve inquiries
Support the development and administration of employee benefits and
wellness programs
Required Qualifications
At least three (3) years of experience in benefits and leave of
absence administration
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of benefit and leave of absence federal and state
regulations
Experience with Microsoft Excel and reporting
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with
discretion
