Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to bridge the gap
between climate policy, contractors, and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
Connect the engineering team to users, understanding strategy and
challenges to identify design solutions
Conduct research, design, and iteration to keep roadmap projects on
schedule and impactful
Review product metrics to identify improvement opportunities and
propose them as roadmap projects
Required Qualifications
Experience in applying design skills to address climate-related
issues
Comfortable working with smaller teams or early-stage products
Ability to connect with tech-ambivalent contractor users and
address their needs
Experience in navigating government programs to design flexible
product solutions
Pragmatic approach to design centered on user understanding and
effective software interaction
