Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel - Global Ethics &
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and update compliance policies and provide guidance on
compliance-related inquiries
Review subcontractor and vendor agreements, proposals, and conflict
of interest disclosures for compliance risks
Conduct compliance training and assist with ethics investigations
and M&A transaction analyses
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to one
or more State Bar
At least five years of relevant work experience, preferably with a
government contractor or the Federal government
Advanced knowledge of compliance and ethics practices, techniques,
and standards
Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling
sensitive information
Ability to manage confidentiality and multitask multiple
investigations and projects
