A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, which can
be based in Tallahassee, FL or remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Fostering relationships with regulatory agencies and health
insurance associations
Identifying and resolving legal matters affecting healthcare
products
Collaborating with product leadership and compliance teams on new
products and compliance issues
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree
Currently licensed to practice law
2+ years of legal experience
Experience with regulatory agencies and state insurance
regulations
Knowledge of U.S. corporate health care and health insurance
regulatory law
