A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner -
Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Guide hiring managers on talent acquisition processes and source
qualified technical candidates
Evaluate and present candidates to hiring managers while
collaborating on talent pipeline strategies
Provide market data and maintain data integrity within the ATS
while improving recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
Strong project management and time management skills
