Job Description:
A company is looking for a Civil Litigation Paralegal for a
remote and part-time contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with all paralegal responsibilities within the litigation
life cycle, including filing documents and drafting discovery and
pleadings
Handle California state and federal cases
Maintain knowledge of court rules, calendaring, and e-filing
procedures
Required Qualifications
7+ years of litigation experience with a law firm and/or corporate
legal department
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team
environment
Strong organizational skills
Outstanding references required
Experience in a high-energy environment
