Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Specialist to manage human
resource activities remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Advise managers and employees on employment regulations and
personnel procedures
Evaluate job positions for classification and salary
determination
Prepare reports and maintain personnel records and handbooks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Program Manager
role
2 years of experience in designing and implementing HR operational
support
Experience with HR systems such as Workday or Peoplesoft
Proficiency in Google Suite products
