Job Description:
A company is looking for a Windows QA Lab Manager to oversee
daily operations and advancements in their quality assurance
lab.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the QA lab, including equipment setup
and maintenance
Develop and monitor testing procedures to ensure product quality
and compliance
Oversee hardware and software testing, collaborating with teams to
troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
or a related field
3+ years of experience in quality assurance or lab management
Strong knowledge of hardware resolution and troubleshooting
techniques
Proficiency in SQL for query writing and data analysis
Experience with network configuration, monitoring, and
troubleshooting
