Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist
to develop strategies that enhance customer retention and
loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Develop marketing plans to onboard and retain customers, driving
loyalty and increasing lifetime value
Coordinate integrated customer communications and plan events to
engage customers
Measure the impact of marketing activities to support renewal
targets and build an advocacy community
Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS
2+ years of experience in B2B Customer Marketing
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent
experience
Proven ability to develop strategies and achieve results through
cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with sales and marketing tech stacks such as Salesforce
and Marketo
