Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who
must reside in the state of Ohio and work full-time.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to calls and correspondence from child support
clients
Provide accurate account information and educate callers on
policies and procedures
Research and process correspondence received by email, fax, and
mail
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of experience in customer service or a related
field
Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard and mouse
usage
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
