• Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies, and information systems.
• Translate business needs and end-user requirements into functional specifications for systems, processes, or products/services.
• Collaborate with our loyalty team, bringing forward-thinking solutions.About the Team:You will be part of a scrum team, requiring a self-motivated, proactive, and innovative mindset.What You Will Be Doing:
  • Define system scope and objectives through research and understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
  • Modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering system limitations and desired outcomes.
  • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into system specifications.
  • Influence business partners and service providers on priorities, hardware/software selection, and vendor choices.
  • Identify strategies and improvement opportunities, reengineering processes for greater efficiency.
  • Estimate costs and benefits of alternative actions to establish their viability/ROI.
  • Reengineer processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Document how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
  • Assess and project the impact of system changes on users and stakeholders.What You Will Need:
    • At least 10 years of recent experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
    • At least 10 years of experience with Money Movement, Loyalty, and/or Banking.
    • Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry and a thorough understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
    • A bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience; a master's degree is desirable.
    • Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition, using model-driven design tools and techniques, including conceptual solution component models, business process models, and use cases.
