Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to design,
implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for IT modernization
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize ServiceNow solutions to meet business and IT
requirements while adhering to best practices
Lead the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow implementations,
including planning, design, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs
into detailed technical requirements
Required Qualifications:
US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret/Top Secret
clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field, or equivalent experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with a minimum of
5+ years in a similar role
Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow modules
such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
In-depth experience with ServiceNow integrations, custom
development, and troubleshooting
