Job Description:
A company is looking for an International Compensation Analyst
II to support their International Assignment Compensation Services
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and process international assignment compensation
data
Prepare and audit complex deliverables such as cost projections and
assignment letters
Monitor and calculate adjustments to assignment allowances and
communicate with relevant contacts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field preferred or
equivalent work experience
2 to 4 years of experience in global mobility, accounting, payroll,
or international human resources
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office
programs
Proficiency in learning new technical systems
Strong organizational and analytical skills
