Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Payer Website Coordinator to
manage user access and maintenance for insurance payer website
portals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage user access to payer websites for all revenue cycle end
users and third-party vendors
Develop and maintain an organized process for tracking user access
requests
Troubleshoot and resolve logon access issues for colleagues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of experience in professional or facility billing and/or
collections
Investigative and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
