Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Negotiator II to recruit
healthcare providers and ensure compliance with network
participation agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and develop a network of providers for a designated
region
Lead recruitment efforts to secure complete and accurate standard
contracts
Coordinate with internal departments to implement and maintain
contract compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, or
provider relations
Experience in a hospital or physician's office/group setting
preferred
Familiarity with State and/or Federal health care programs
(Medicaid, Medicare) is preferred
