Key Responsibilities
Review complex coverage analysis and provide work up for
approval
Resolve complex claims and escalated transactions
Research property details and coordinate with clients to reconcile
discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Experience as a front-line title resource
Thorough understanding of title documents and contracts
Experience serving complex multi-site transactions
Ability to coach, mentor, and train support staff
Experience working with global staff
