Job Description:
A company is looking for an Educational Content Operations
Associate (B2B SaaS).
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Educational Content team,
including preparing agendas and maintaining project
documentation
Administer the Learning Management System by publishing customer
learning content and optimizing system workflows
Leverage product knowledge to improve educational content and
respond to customer support inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in an Operations or Administrative role,
preferably in a high-growth or SaaS environment
Familiarity with software tools and systems, with a willingness to
learn new platforms
Experience with content development and Learning Management Systems
(LMS) is a plus
