Job Description:
A company is looking for a DEI People Engagement Specialist to
support their Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Talent
Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing impactful solutions for an inclusive workplace
culture and product experience
Collaborate with the Talent Development and DEI teams to meet
quarterly objectives and companywide engagement initiatives
Expand the capacity of the global team leader and members on key
DEI and TD initiatives
Required Qualifications
Experience in designing Learning Development specifically with DEI
training
History of engagement and leadership in DEI and/or TD principles
and initiatives
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and delivering
training programs
Project management experience with clear objectives and oversight
of team projects
Bachelor's Degree desired but not required; extensive industry
experience in TD and DEI will be considered
