Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Operations Center Lead -
Fiber to the Tower.
Key Responsibilities
Suspends network activity that poses risks and performs advanced
troubleshooting
Coordinates maintenance and repairs, including dispatching
technicians and providing ticket updates
Acts as the primary technical leader, providing consultation,
mentoring, and participating in quality control
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of six (6) years of related telecom technical
experience
Computer application skills
Ability to perform troubleshooting and diagnostics
Ability to multitask
