Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Resolution Representative to
manage collections through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls for collections
activities
Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to achieve positive
results
Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer
Service roles
Ability to accurately enter and update data in systems
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented
environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as
needed
