Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Psychometrician and
Researcher.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts research and engages in data science activities related to
student progress and assessment performance
Implements psychometric analyses and provides expertise to
assessment content teams
Collaborates with internal teams to scope psychometric and research
support and creates visualizations of assessment metrics
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Statistics, Psychological Measurement, Education
Measurement, Psychometrics, or a related field; ABD will be
considered
3+ years of experience with Item Response Theory (IRT) and item
calibration
Experience with Rasch or IRT modeling software
Advanced knowledge of research design principles and applied
statistics/data analysis
Knowledge of culturally responsive assessment practices
