Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Design and Delivery
Specialist, STEM (fixed-term).
Key Responsibilities
Design and adapt professional development assets for various
educational leaders to meet regional needs
Support and train regional PD teams to enhance their understanding
and delivery of professional development
Assess and improve the effectiveness of professional development
sessions based on participant feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least 3+ years of PreK-8 classroom
teaching experience
Minimum of 2+ years designing and facilitating professional
development for PreK-8 educators
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in
mathematics instruction
Proficiency in instructional and visual design, along with
technology-based productivity tools
Able to travel for onsite and in-person meetings (approx 10%)
