Job Description:

A company is looking for a Strategic Pursuit Lead to drive new business growth through effective proposal development and strategic sales communications.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the new business development and solutioning process, including proposal development and compliance oversight
Lead the development of winning proposal sections and collaborate with internal experts to create tailored solutions for clients
Ensure proposal compliance and streamline proposal development processes to support sales efforts

Required Qualifications

7+ years of pharmaceutical launch and commercial experience in an in-house or consulting environment
Proven track record in supporting sales growth and business development
Expertise in healthcare technology and product solutions applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing
Ability to build cross-functional relationships and align around brand and business goals
Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to synthesize ideas across multiple product offerings
