Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Representative APAC
(Remote, Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to
client needs and objectives
Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and
collaborate with sales teams for growth attainment
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of managing client relationships, preferably in
hospitality, client success, or sales
Empathetic understanding of client needs and ability to address
them effectively
Ability to handle various tasks while managing priorities
effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in assisting with challenging client requests or issue
escalations
Ability to proactively offer solutions to challenges
