Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist specializing in
Inference for Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify high-impact business opportunities through data
exploration and model prototyping
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine requirements
for segmentation models and drive scientific decisions
Develop, productionize, and operate causal models and pipelines at
scale, including designing and analyzing experiments
Required Qualifications
9+ years of relevant industry experience and a Master's degree or
PhD in relevant fields
Strong fluency in Python, SQL, and statistical programming such as
R
Deep knowledge of causal inference and experimentation
Proven mix of intellectual curiosity with pragmatism and engagement
with the technical community
Ability to take a product-oriented mindset in developing and
applying solutions
