Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Program Claims Quality
Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees escalated claims, ensuring compliance with quality and
production standards
Conducts regular quality audits of TPA's and Program Claim
Managers' work
Manages personnel administration, including evaluations and
training of staff
Required Qualifications
Thorough understanding of laws, coverage principles, and the
insurance industry
Leadership skills with the ability to plan, organize, and develop
staff
Valid adjuster's license in appropriate jurisdictions or ability to
obtain one
College degree or 10 years equivalent experience required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
