Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director - Technology to
develop and lead tech strategy and direction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning and development of technology systems and
processes
Oversee IT infrastructure, projects, and ensure data security and
compliance
Manage a global, cross-functional Tech team and foster a
collaborative work environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technology field; MBA is a plus
10+ years of work experience, preferably in a global nonprofit or
startup
5+ years of leadership and supervisory experience
Experience with Salesforce integrations and managing security
compliance, including GDPR
Strong technical knowledge and project management skills
