Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Administrator to manage and enhance educational experiences through
effective LMS administration.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee content management, including inventory, archiving, and
maintenance of the LMS
Ensure ongoing system improvements and provide technical support
for learning content delivery
Manage cross-functional learning deployment projects and engage
with stakeholders to maintain content standards
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, information
systems, computer science, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience administering Workday Learning, including
data migration and system implementation
Flexibility to work irregular hours to support global time
zones
Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and similar learning technologies
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders' expectations during
implementations
