We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Oviedo, Florida. As a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician, you will provide high-quality emergency care in a 22-bed, state-of-the-art emergency department (ED) within a 64-bed acute care hospital. This role involves delivering comprehensive emergency services, including the management of medical and surgical emergencies, trauma, and critical care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care and continuity of services. The hospital offers 24/7 emergency care and a full range of healthcare services. These include medical and surgical inpatient units, intensive care, telemetry, cardiac catheterization, and both inpatient and outpatient surgery. The facility also provides women---s services, including labor and delivery, cardiopulmonary services, comprehensive diagnostic imaging, and physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The annual volume for the ED is approximately 30,000 visits. The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, as needed. Requirements : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine. Active medical license in Florida. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
