Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Resource Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage weekly position control processes and collaborate with
department managers
Track and validate productivity data, ensuring timely reporting and
accuracy
Support budget tracking and assist in implementing new workforce
management systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or healthcare
6-8 years of experience in an inpatient healthcare setting
2-3 years of experience in an analytical role related to human
resources or finance
Experience in staffing or payroll preferred
Familiarity with budgeting processes and project management
