Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Engineering to
lead the customer architect team in the Western United States.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Customer Architects, fostering a collaborative and
customer-focused culture
Serve as the technical leader, aligning regional strategies with
the technical aspects of the solutions
Collaborate with sales leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment
of objectives and effective communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Systems, or a related field preferred
Proven experience leading teams focused on consumption
Technical expertise in distributed datastores, observability,
cybersecurity, or search
Familiarity with Vectors, Machine Learning, and GenAI
Ability to balance urgency with strategic planning
