Your expertise in identifying lucrative business opportunities, fostering significant partnerships, and leading a dynamic team will directly contribute to our overarching goal of providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in need.Salary: DOE per yearEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive business development plans to ensure company growth and market penetration.
  • Identify lucrative market opportunities and assess potential partnerships and acquisitions to bolster business growth.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders to solidify our market presence.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations and finalize important contracts to expand client base and increase revenue.
  • Perform detailed market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Align business development activities with customer needs through close coordination with the marketing and product development teams.
  • Manage and mentor the business development team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.Minimum Position Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven background in hospice sales, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and expertise.
    • Leadership experience in hospice sales with a proven track record of exceeding business development targets.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated capability to craft and implement effective business strategies.
    • Extensive network within the hospice or related healthcare sectors.
    • Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving business development goals.Preferred Qualifications:
      • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field.
      • Prior experience managing large teams and projects.
      • Robust analytical skills with proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.Skills:
