Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Strategy and Business
Operations to enhance business performance through data analysis
and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and prepare long-term financial and operational models to
improve business planning
Enhance management reporting frameworks and design innovative
reports for effective business management
Collaborate with leadership to assess and prioritize performance
reporting needs and key metrics
Required Qualifications
Five years of experience in insurance, finance, or consulting
Experience in a fast-growth enterprise or insurance agency is
preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA is
preferred
Familiarity with insurance processes
Ability to work across all organizational levels and manage
ambiguity
