Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations/Contracts Manager to
support its legal department and enhance operational
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize legal systems, including CLM, ZenDesk, and
Docusign
Develop operational structures to improve the legal department's
efficiency and workflow
Participate in contract management, including drafting, reviewing,
and negotiating agreements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience with legal systems such as DocuSign, Notion, and
ZenDesk
Background in creating operational structures
Experience in contract negotiation and legal review is a plus
