Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Call Center Manager to oversee
call center operations and training for a new project.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the call center team to meet
performance metrics
Evaluate training needs and ensure staff knowledge of multiple
programs
Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and performance
goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional
experience, or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Three years of people management experience
Experience managing a large-scale call center (at least 500
full-time equivalents)
Experience in call center operations is required
Kentucky residency preferred
